Kootenai County Clerk Jim Brannon is alerting voters that few people have filed for taxing district leadership roles in the May 19 election so far. “The filing deadline is 5 pm Friday, March 20” Brannon noted.

“County Elections’ staff will verify voter signatures on the petition of candidacy. All these steps have to be completed by 5 pm Friday to ensure a candidate’s name is on the ballot” Brannon emphasized.
