Progressive Diners will meet on Wednesday, October 2.
The topic of this month's meeting will be domestic surveillance: liberty and security? Just a few of the questions to consider might be: Can we have all we want or need of both at the same time? Which is more important? To what degree are you willing to have more of one and less of the other? How is your view of government effected by the actions of the NSA and other government agencies? What are your thoughts about private contractors in the data collection arena? We'll follow the 2 minute format and ask everyone to weigh in. Come with information and an opinion and be prepared to listen and perhaps change your mind.
